I’ve missed the cut off to enrol my child for the term, can I enrol them anytime during the term? Yes of course you can. We accept enrolments throughout the term.

Is the uniform a requirement for my child to attend Bounce Academy? Yes, the uniform is mandatory to being a member of the Bounce Academy family.

Where are you located? We are located at the Teaching Gym beside the Massey University Recreation Centre on the Massey University campus in Palmerston North. Check out our contact page, it has a map showing how to find us. You can park in the main carpark in front of the Recreation Centre - it’s free on Sundays.

What time should my child arrive for their session? We like to set good standards at Bounce Academy. They’ll need to be ready to go when their session starts - so allow a few minutes beforehand.

How do drop offs and pick ups work at Bounce Academy? Child safety is important to us at Bounce Academy, so we ask that you present with your child to the management team at the door and pick them up from the gym. Children must have an adult present to leave the gym.

What should my child bring to their training session? All they need is their Bounce Academy uniform, a pair of shoes, a mouth guard, drink bottle and a great attitude!

Should my child bring a basketball? No, they won’t need to bring a ball - we’ve got them covered.

Can I stay and watch the session? Yes, of course you can stay and watch. We’ll have a designated area for you to sit and watch the session.

What can I expect at my child’s first Bounce training session? Our managers will welcome you on arrival, check your child in and our coaches will take it from there.

Can I make weekly or monthly instalments for my child’s registration?

How will my child’s progress be measured? Our team will provide an end of term assessment card for your child focusing on specific areas and skillsets.
